Alex Hook is an up-and-coming artist who has been actively involved in the acting industry since the tender age of seven. Her breakout role came in the Nickelodeon series "I Am Frankie", where she played the lead character, Frankie, for two consecutive seasons, leaving a lasting impression on audiences.
As a young performer, Hook secured numerous commercial bookings, earning her a prestigious Joey Award in 2015 for Best Actress in a Commercial (ages 13-18),a renowned Canadian national award recognizing the talents of teen actors. Her impressive repertoire also includes notable credits such as the Hallmark Channel original movie "A Nutcracker Christmas", the Lifetime movie "Galentine's Day Nightmare", and the directorial effort of Jeff Glickman, "Safe House".
In addition to her acting pursuits, Hook has completed her undergraduate degree at Queens University, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce, demonstrating her dedication to her education and versatility as a multifaceted individual.
