Alex Kalymnios is a renowned director, working seamlessly between the UK and US. Notably, Alex directed the BBC1 series "Three Families", which is deeply rooted in the true stories of families impacted by anti-abortion laws in Northern Ireland. Prior to this, Alex directed and executive produced the US pilot "Close Up" for Freeform.
Alex's impressive repertoire of work also includes directing episodes of prominent US shows such as "Titans", "Impulse", "The 100", "Quantico", "S.W.A.T.", "Once Upon a Time", and "Timeless". In 2019, Alex directed the TV film "Love You to Death", starring the illustrious Oscar-winner Marcia Gay Harden, and in 2015, she directed the film "Cleveland Abduction".
