Born in Delray Beach, Florida, Alfred's early life took a dramatic turn when his family relocated to Abaco, Bahamas, where he was raised. This formative experience instilled in him a passion for self-expression, which would later become a hallmark of his artistic endeavors.
As Alfred entered his teenage years, he made the move back to the United States, settling in Boca Raton, Florida, where he attended Boca Raton High School. His academic pursuits continued at Saint Peter's University in Jersey City, New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
After arriving in New York City, Alfred's career in the entertainment industry began to take off. He secured leading roles in several short films, including "Wildflower", "The Steele Project", and the critically acclaimed "Swine, Liquor & White Women", which earned a spot in the short film festival circuit.
Alfred's talent and dedication did not go unnoticed, and he soon found himself starring in the ABFF HBO Short Film Official Selection "Popous Pane and the Kids He Loves To Hate". This was followed by roles in the highly acclaimed feature films "Pro Black Sheep" and "Algeny", the latter of which won the Martha's Vineyard Best HBO Feature Film award.
In addition to his work in film, Alfred has also been involved with the YMCA, serving as a Youth Sports Coordinator and running programs such as YMCA Fit Club, Leaders Club, and Jr Knicks. He has also represented the YMCA at the United Nations, advocating for youth development and addressing the growing concern of obesity among young people.
As a passionate advocate for literacy programs and fighting homelessness in underprivileged communities, Alfred has also been a vocal supporter of the New Leaders Council, having been part of the first graduating class of the program in New York City.
Outside of his work in the entertainment industry, Alfred's hobbies include reading, martial arts (he holds black belts in Tae Kwon Do and Jujitsu, as well as a purple belt in Jujitsu),and traveling. In 2018, he was nominated for a NAACP Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Stage Play for his role in "Ferguson". Alfred currently resides in Los Angeles.
