Amir O'Neil, a ten-year-old actor, is a series regular on the NBC sitcom Marlon, playing the role of Zack, the energetic son of comedian Marlon Wayans. This part is a perfect fit for Amir, who, along with his identical twin brother Amari, is a dynamic duo.
Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Amir relocated with his parents and eight siblings to Southern California a few years later. The young actor, rapper, and breakdancer was determined to make it to television, and his dream finally came true when he and his brother were discovered by Stella Alex at The Savage Agency, a leading youth talent agency in Hollywood.
Just two weeks after being signed, Amir and Amari landed the role of Michael in the TV One movie White Water. After wrapping up that project, Amir was cast as a regular on Mann and Wife.
In 2016, Amir and his twin had the incredible opportunity to perform their anti-bullying rap for one of their idols, Stevie Wonder, at the All It Takes star-studded fundraiser at USC. Additionally, the brothers were featured in the music video for the Rock Star Recess national elementary school campaign, promoting safe and healthy play for all children.
Amir's identical twin brother, Amari, is also an actor, and the two brothers have been acting together in various projects.
