Ana Sophia Heger, a native of California, has been passionate about storytelling and the performing arts since a tender age of three. It was during this time that she first stepped into the spotlight as a series regular on the CBS single-camera comedy series Life in Pieces, impressively starring on the show for its final seasons three and four, all while still attending preschool.
Following the conclusion of the show, Ana landed her first movie role as Franny in the Netflix thriller Things Heard & Seen, a role that saw her play the daughter of Amanda Seyfried and James Norton. This significant milestone marked the beginning of Ana's journey in the film industry.
Most recently, Ana secured the role of a lifetime as Polly in the crime thriller film She Rides Shotgun, based on the novel of the same title by Jordan Harper. This role, which saw her play the estranged daughter of Taron Egerton, was Ana's dream role as a performer, pushing her to reach new dramatic and emotional heights as an artist.
Ana calls Los Angeles, California her home, where she resides with her German father, Rene Heger, her American mother, Emily Heger, and her younger brother Luke. A multilingual individual, Ana is fluent in German and Spanish.
When not engaged in her acting pursuits, Ana enjoys a variety of activities, including tennis, tumbling, art, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
