Andrew Cappelletti is a multifaceted artist who has made a name for himself in various mediums, including film, television, radio, live theatre, commercials, and voiceovers.
For many years, he honed his craft in regional theatre, and his face became a familiar sight in the 1990s as a principal actor in numerous national TV commercials for Stop and Shop, Carl's Jr., Citco, Pizza Hut, Lotto, Dodge, and Toyota, as well as in various regional spots across the country.
In addition to his on-camera work, Andrew's voice has been used by a wide range of prominent brands, including Mitsubishi, Carl's Jr., Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, and many others.
Andrew's experience in television includes playing the villain Andrew Jefferson Prokop in ABC's "Threat Matrix," as well as numerous guest star and co-star roles on episodic television.
In 2001, he began producing his own content, which led to a successful career as a writer and director. He has worked with top agencies such as TBWA\CHIAT\DAY, Deutsch, Publicis, Mayan Films, and Rat Media Productions.
Andrew's short film spoof, "PooP," premiered in over fifty film festivals, won numerous awards, and was eventually picked up by Comedy Central. His screenplay, "Green River," was produced by Mayan Entertainment, and his screenplay, "Jane," was optioned by ICON Productions.
Andrew continues to write and direct scripts for hire and on spec, and has also continued to act and direct. Some of his notable projects include helming "The Rocket" and "The Rocket II," the critically acclaimed documentary "Govt. vs Green," and "The Whirlpool." He has also appeared in the feature film "If I Tell You I Have to Kill You" opposite Tom Sizemore, playing the role of drug dealer Harley, and in "The Trap Door" opposite Tiny Lister, playing the MC.
Throughout his busy career, Andrew has remained dedicated to his craft and continues to study with his long-term acting coach, Larry Moss.
