Bianca Malinowski, a talented individual born and raised in east Texas, is the daughter of a Polish diplomat and a Puerto Rican school teacher. Her family's diverse background has undoubtedly influenced her artistic pursuits. After completing high school, Bianca enrolled at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, initially pursuing a degree in political science, but soon switched to theatre, which would become her true calling.
During her time at St. Ed's, Bianca had the opportunity to perform in several classic plays, including "A Midsummer Night's Dream" where she played the role of Puck, "The Way of the World" as Millamont, and Eugene O'Neill's "Ah, Wilderness!" as Muriel McComber. These experiences not only honed her acting skills but also instilled in her a deep appreciation for the performing arts.
Following her graduation, Bianca landed her first co-starring role in the Lifetime Channel movie "Midnight Bayou" alongside Faye Dunaway and Jerry O'Connell. This breakthrough performance motivated her to relocate to Los Angeles, where she quickly secured leading roles in several independent films. Her standout performance in "The Colombian Connection" (2014) earned her a nomination for Female Action Star of the Year at the Action on Film Festival.
In 2011, Bianca co-founded Lightworker Entertainment, a production company dedicated to producing films and television shows that promote spiritual growth and personal development. Since its inception, Lightworker has produced a range of independent feature and short films, including the critically acclaimed short "Beyond" (2013),which was optioned by SyFy Channel/Universal to be adapted into a feature-length film.
In 2014, Bianca secured a recurring role in the AMC period drama "Halt and Catch Fire" as Debbie, a lovable secretary to Joe (played by Lee Pace). Initially intended as a day-player role, Bianca's performance was so impressive that she was upgraded to a series regular, appearing in eight of the show's 10 episodes.
