Bill is a multifaceted artist with an impressive list of television and film credits. He is also a talented musician, songwriter, recording artist, and writer. He plays a variety of instruments including guitar, bass, keyboards, banjo, mandolin, harmonica, and percussion, and sings.
Bill has released three solo CDs, "Dying To Be Heard", "In The Current", and "Pandora's Box", all of which were released on Renaissance Records. He is also a member of the quirky-rock duo Barnes and Barnes, which he formed with his partner Robert Haimer in 1978. The duo has released nine albums on Rhino and CBS Records labels and has recorded a feature-length home video titled "Zabagabee".
Bill has also worked on various children's albums, including "The Yogi Bear Environmental Album: This Land Is Our Land" and "The Dinosaur Album". He has also released an album titled "Kiss My Boo Boo" on the Infinite Visions label.
In addition to his music career, Bill is a prolific writer and has written for numerous television shows and films. He co-created the popular children's television series "Space Cases" with Peter David and has written for Marvel Comics, Dark Horse Comics, and DC Comics. He has also written for animation, including an episode of the sci-fi series "Roswell Conspiracies".
Bill is also a voice-over actor and has narrated several documentaries and specials, including the prestigious "A&E: Biographies". He has also done commercial work for various companies, including McDonald's, Mattel, and Nickelodeon. He is currently doing all the television and radio spots for Farmers Insurance.
Bill has also worked on various other projects, including a fantasy novel co-written with Angela Cartwright, "Realms Of Majik: The Pocket in Reality", and has written short stories that have been printed globally in many languages.
