In the month of May, during the year 2016, law enforcement authorities in the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department took Blake Leibel into custody on suspicion of committing the heinous crime of murdering his girlfriend.
A detailed report, published on the official LASD website, provides a comprehensive account of the events that transpired. According to the report, detectives became aware of the disappearance of the victim's mother, who had contacted the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station to report her daughter missing.
In response to the report, deputies promptly arrived at the victim's residence to conduct an investigation and, upon entering the apartment, discovered the suspect, Blake Leibel, who was subsequently detained.
