Biography

Bob Richardson, a highly accomplished individual, hails from California Institute of the Arts (Chouinard),where he earned a degree in animation and film production. With an extensive background in the entertainment industry, Bob has worked on numerous acclaimed projects, including theatrical cartoons, TV specials, and TV series.

Throughout his illustrious career, Bob has received widespread recognition, including four consecutive Emmys and other prestigious awards. He co-produced and directed "Jim Henson's Muppet Babies" with his creative partner, Hank Saroyan, before establishing the Marvel Films Animation Studio. As the studio's head, Bob produced and directed sixty-five episodes of the top-rated "Spider-Man" series on Fox.

Bob's impressive portfolio also includes the CGI TV series "Max Steel" and the critically acclaimed TV series "Tutenstein," which earned him his fifth Emmy award in 2004.

Drawing from his diverse experience, Bob has worked on feature films such as Disney's "Jungle Book" and Bakshi's "Heavy Traffic." He produced and supervised the action-packed superhero movies "Ultimate Avengers I" and "Ultimate Avengers II" for Marvel and Lionsgate, with the former receiving the prestigious Cinema Audio Society award for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing in 2006. The latter won the Entertainment Merchants Association's "best non-children's direct-to-DVD" award in 2007.

Bob's work also includes the animated FOX sitcom "King of the Hill." Additionally, he is refining his original screenplay, "Metal-Morphosis," a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi saga with three sequels already in development. The project is part of a larger portfolio of creations that Bob has been working on throughout his career, including a recent public service announcement promoting film incentives in North Carolina.
