Brandon Spencer Lee Call, born on November 17th, 1976, in Torrance, California, embarked on his acting journey at the tender age of two. His movie debut, albeit lending his voice, was in Disney's The Black Cauldron (1985),followed by his first live-action acting role opposite Glenn Close in Jagged Edge (1985). He made a series of television appearances prior to gaining widespread recognition for his portrayal of David Hasselhoff's son on Baywatch (1989). However, his stint on Baywatch (1989) was short-lived, as he only stayed on the series for one season. He then pursued another television program, the Brady Bunch-esque show Step by Step (1991),where he portrayed the cool JT Lambert alongside Patrick Duffy and Suzanne Somers as his parents.
Growing up, Brandon enjoyed engaging in various leisure activities, including playing basketball, boogie boarding, and listening to music. September 3, 1996, was a night that Brandon will likely never forget, as he was involved in a traffic dispute where he was shot in both arms. Fortunately, Step by Step (1991) was mid-season, allowing him sufficient time to recuperate before filming resumed. This incident was not the first time Brandon found himself in trouble, as two weeks prior, his off-screen problems made the headlines. He seemed to have dropped out of the public eye, as his last televised role was a guest appearance on the Hulk Hogan series Thunder in Paradise (1994).
