Brandon Smith's acting career began at the tender age of 8 years old, when he landed his first national commercial for Nike, starring alongside golfing legend Tiger Woods.
As his talent and popularity grew, Smith went on to play the iconic role of Nico Harris on the Disney Channel series "SoRandom" (also known as "Sonny with a Chance"),earning a devoted fan base.
In 2006, Smith's outstanding performance in the Emmy Award-nominated television movie "The Ron Clark Story" opposite Matthew Perry earned him a Family Television Award and a Young Artist Award, further solidifying his reputation as a talented young actor.
Smith's impressive film credits include roles in "Gridiron Gang" alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and "Weapons" with Nick Cannon, showcasing his versatility and range as an actor.
Most recently, Smith wrapped up shooting the Universal feature film "Get On Up," directed by Tate Taylor and starring Chadwick Boseman, where he played the iconic role of Little Richard. He also completed filming the FX pilot "You're The Worst," the feature film "Sacrifice" starring Dermot Mulroney, and the feature film "Hoovey" starring Patrick Warburton and Lauren Hollly.
When not working on his next project, Smith resides in Los Angeles and cherishes his close relationships with his parents and younger sister Kimberly.
