Additionally, he spent two years honing his skills at the renowned Sanford Meisner-based acting school, "The Actors Pulse".
Early in his career, Bren worked on numerous Australian television dramas, but his breakout role came when he landed a part in the critically acclaimed and award-winning Australian feature film "Cedar Boys" (2009). His portrayal of "Jamal", a criminal behind bars desperately trying to guide his younger brother away from the criminal path, earned him widespread praise, with Empire Film magazine hailing him as "a born star".
Bren has been studying Martial Arts for many years and has worked on various projects in the United States, including filming Extreme Martial Arts for the Discovery Channel and facing off against science in the feature-length documentary "Fight Science" for the National Geographic Channel.
