Brendan Patricks, a multifaceted British/Irish actor and close-up magician, hails from Reading, a town steeped in history and culture. With an impressive array of television credits to his name, Patricks has made a significant impact on the small screen, with notable appearances in esteemed productions such as Downton Abbey, where he portrayed the enigmatic Evelyn Napier, as well as Rivals, Gentleman Jack, and the upcoming Entitled.
Prior to embarking on his acting career, Patricks pursued a degree in Drama at the University of Hull, a prestigious institution renowned for its academic excellence and strong industry connections. Following his academic endeavors, he honed his craft at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA),a renowned institution that has nurtured the talents of many prominent actors.
However, Patricks' passion for the stage soon took a backseat to his growing interest in the art of magic. He left LAMDA before completing his training to take on the lead role in the production of Journey's End, a critically acclaimed play that showcased his impressive range as a performer.
Since then, Patricks has made London his home, where he continues to pursue his passion for acting and magic. In addition to his work in television, he is also a proud member of The Magic Circle, an elite group of just 1500 magicians worldwide, and regularly performs as a London magician, captivating audiences with his exceptional close-up skills.
