Brian Dietzen, a talented individual from Colorado, embarked on his cinematic journey by starring alongside Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini in the 2003 film "From Justin to Kelly". Prior to his big-screen debut, he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in acting from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he majored in acting.
During his time at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Brian performed with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival for two consecutive years. He also spent five years honing his craft by appearing in contemporary theatrical productions, including "Equus" and "Same Time, Next Year". His outstanding performance in these productions earned him the UROP grant for Outstanding Achievement in the Creative Arts.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Brian landed a recurring role on the WB series "My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star" as a regular cast member. In addition to his television work, he starred alongside Steve Rudnick in a two-man theatre production of "The Oldest Man in Show Biz" at the Hudson Stage, receiving critical acclaim for his performance.
As the first season of "My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star" drew to a close, Brian began a recurring role on the popular television series NCIS, playing the character of assistant M.E. Jimmy Palmer. Initially, his appearances were periodic, but his role gradually became more regular as the series progressed.
