Brian Donovan is a renowned director, actor, and advocate for inclusion and equality. His award-winning documentary, Kelly's Hollywood, premiered on Showtime Networks and chronicles his remarkable relationship with his sister, Kelly, who was born with Down syndrome. Kelly's Hollywood has garnered international attention, and Brian has since become a sought-after speaker on the importance of providing opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities to pursue their passions.
Throughout his 25-year career as a professional actor, Brian has worked alongside esteemed actors such as Jim Belushi, Jim Carrey, and Angelina Jolie. He has lent his voice to numerous animated characters, including the iconic Rock Lee from the hit series Naruto.
In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Brian has dedicated himself to promoting arts education and inclusivity. As the executive director of the Los Angeles Repertory Theater since 1994, he has produced and directed over 100 inner-city high school workshops and live shows, providing a platform for young artists to hone their craft.
