Brian's journey in the entertainment industry began with his graduation from the esteemed SUNY Purchase acting conservatory in 1993, which served as a springboard to his early career. He landed a starring role in Aaron Spelling's Melrose Place spin-off, Models Inc., before returning to New York City to co-found a theater company. The allure of daytime television soon beckoned, and Brian was hired for a contract role on the popular soap opera, All My Children.
As is often the case for bi-coastal actors, Brian eventually made the move back to the West Coast, where he continued to hone his craft. He appeared in the critically acclaimed film, Broken Heart's Club, directed by Greg Berlanti, and made numerous guest starring appearances on various television shows.
Brian's next move was to the supernatural soap opera, Port Charles, where he played the captivating role of Rafe, a vampire slayer/angel. This marked the beginning of a long-term presence on daytime television, with Brian going on to secure numerous contract and recurring roles on various soap operas.
Throughout his career, Brian has also explored his creative passions outside of acting. He spent many years writing, directing, and producing independent music videos, as well as honing his skills as a painter. This eclectic range of pursuits has undoubtedly contributed to his unique perspective and artistic expression.
After a 16-year absence from daytime television, Brian made a triumphant return to the small screen in 2024 with a guest starring role on the iconic soap opera, Young and the Restless. As he looks to the future, Brian is undoubtedly poised to take on new and exciting challenges, and his fans eagerly await whatever projects may be on the horizon for this talented and multifaceted individual.
