Born on October 31, 1978, in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C., Brian Hallisay began his journey to stardom from a young age.
At the tender age of 18, he graduated from Gonzaga College High School in 1996, before going on to pursue a degree in Economics and History from Cornell University, which he completed in 2000.
Brian's foray into the world of show business began with a guest appearance in the 2005 episode of "The Inside," playing the role of "Jake Carrington" alongside Rachel Nichols and Adam Baldwin.
He then went on to appear in the Lifetime network's series "Strong Medicine" in the 2005 episode "Chief Complaints," playing the role of "Dr. George Harmon."
In 2006, he was given a role in the Kevin Rodney Sullivan-directed TV movie "A.K.A.," a crime drama that also starred John Leguizamo.

The following year, he was given the role of "Ryan Haas" in the NBC drama series "Medium," starring Patricia Arquette.
In 2008, he played the role of the wealthy and charming bachelor "Will Davis" in The CW's "Privileged," the potential love interest of the lead character, the smart and endearing "Megan Smith," played by JoAnna Garcia Swisher.
After "Privileged" was canceled, he went on to appear in the television series "The Client List" in 2011, starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, where he played her ex-husband.
In real life, Brian and Jennifer Love Hewitt became engaged in 2013.
