Catherine O'Hara is a multifaceted Canadian artist who initially gained widespread recognition as a talented comedian, writer, and actress on the iconic Canadian television sketch comedy show SCTV, which premiered in 1976.
During her time on the show, O'Hara showcased her impressive impersonation skills by bringing to life the personas of renowned celebrities, including Lucille Ball, Tammy Faye Bakker, Gilda Radner, Katharine Hepburn, and Brooke Shields.
Throughout the show's eight-year run from 1976 to 1984, O'Hara's exceptional talents earned her a permanent spot as one of the original cast members.
