Thai-Australian actor Chai Hansen was born on February 8, 1989, on the picturesque island of Koh Samui, situated in the Gulf of Thailand. Following his birth, Chai's family relocated to Australia, where he would soon discover his natural talent for breaking national records in track and field at a remarkably young age. As he grew older, Chai developed a profound passion for dance, a hobby that would later serve as a foundation for his future endeavors in the performing arts.
Upon completing his diploma in performing arts in 2011, Chai's big break arrived when he was announced as a cast member of the internationally acclaimed television series Mako Mermaids.
