Chris Nee is a renowned creator, executive producer, and writer in the children's television industry. She is a five-time NAACP award and three-time Emmy Award-winner, with a remarkable career spanning multiple platforms.
Nee's most notable creation is the acclaimed series "Doc McStuffins" for Disney Junior, which she developed and executive produced. She also developed and executive produced the hit animated series "Vampirina".
In 2018, Nee founded her own company, Laughing Wild, and signed a multiyear overall deal with Netflix. Under this deal, she created, developed, and executive produced several shows, including "Ridley Jones", "Ada Twist, Scientist", and "We the People".
