Chris's life journey began in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he spent his formative years before making a significant move to Florida at the tender age of 15. This pivotal moment marked the start of a new chapter in his life, one that would be filled with passion, creativity, and a deep connection to the world of dance.
As a professional dancer in the early to mid-1990s, Chris made a name for himself as a "house" dancer, captivating audiences in the Tampa Bay area with his mesmerizing moves. His talents also took him to the stage with Todd Heffner & Company, as well as various Florida Hip-Hop groups. His extensive touring schedule saw him perform in multiple states, including Connecticut, New York, Florida, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.
However, Chris's journey was not limited to the world of dance alone. He soon began pursuing an education, which would ultimately lead him to the dance departments of St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida. Under the guidance of renowned choreographers such as Debra Jo Hughes, Katurah Robinson, John Parks, Colette Harding, and Klaus "Step" Reinert, Chris's skills continued to flourish.
As he delved deeper into his education, Chris found himself drawn to the world of musical theater, where he began performing and honing his craft. This newfound passion ultimately led him to the drama department, where he discovered a hidden talent for acting and writing.
