Chris, an award-winning, veteran actor with over 30 years of experience, has had the privilege of working alongside the best-of-the-best in the industry, both on-screen and on stage.
In his most recent endeavor, Chris was cast by acclaimed director-producer David Fincher as a recurring character in Fincher's Netflix series "Mindhunter," where he had the opportunity to work alongside talented actors Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, and Michael Cerveris.
Throughout his illustrious career, Chris has had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous notable actors and directors, including two-time Academy Award-winners Ben Affleck, Viola Davis, and Sally Field, Academy Award-winner Matt Damon, Michael Sheen, Walton Goggins, and Golden Globe-winning actor/director Richard Benjamin.
Chris's journey in the entertainment industry began in 1986, when he was cast in the play "Rat in the Skull" by Ron Hutchinson at the Mark Taper Forum, alongside the late Charlie Hallahan. He has since worked consistently in film, television, theater, and commercials.
Born and raised in Canada to English parents, Chris relocated to the United States from Toronto in 1982 to pursue his acting career. He subsequently attended the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, where he was a classmate of actress/producer Rita Wilson, wife of Tom Hanks.
Chris's first professional acting job was at the N.Y. Shakespeare Festival in Henry V, starring Kevin Kline and directed by the late, Tony Award-winning director Wilford Leach.
For the past decade, Chris has honed his craft through extensive training with well-known Toronto-based acting coach David Rotenberg, founder of the Professional Actors Lab.
