Clara Bryant embarked on her acting journey at the tender age of three, making her stage debut as a street urchin in the renowned opera, "La Boheme." She continued to hone her craft, eventually making her television debut on the critically acclaimed series, Gabriel's Fire, in 1990, where she uttered her first screen words in Polish.
Her subsequent roles showcased her remarkable versatility, as she played the endearing character of Annie, the daughter of the incomparable Billy Connolly, in the ABC series, Billy, in 1992. Clara's impressive repertoire also includes guest appearances on popular shows such as Roseanne, Bob, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
On the stage, Clara demonstrated her remarkable range by taking on the iconic role of Ramona in the beloved children's play, "Ramona Quimby," and stepped into the part with mere days' notice.
For the prestigious AFI Women's Directing Workshop, Clara played the daughter of the talented Blythe Danner in the thought-provoking film, "Miss American Beauty," and also starred as the lead in the indie film, "Up Above the World So High." Her captivating performance as Amy in Disney's Under Wraps in 1997 earned her a special place in the hearts of young viewers.
Clara's remarkable talent and dedication to her craft were further showcased in her portrayal of Dafi in the critically acclaimed film, L'amante perduto (1999),where she brought to life the complex and poignant character of an Israeli girl torn between her family and societal conflicts, and her involvement with a Palestinian boy.
In 2002, Clara starred in not one, but two notable films: Due East, a Showtime original film, and Disney's Tru Confessions, where her outstanding performance as Tru garnered an Emmy consideration. Throughout her illustrious career, Clara has been nominated for her acting a total of three times by the Youth in Film/Young Artist Awards.
