Clare Agius is a multifaceted personality who has been making a name for herself in the entertainment industry since 1997. As an actress, TV presenter, and producer, she has established herself as one of Malta's leading personalities.
With a career spanning over two decades, Clare has formed her own business company, Clare Agius Media Productions, in 2003. Under her guidance, the company has grown and flourished, with Clare learning the ins and outs of the business world with the help of a mentor.
Throughout her career, Clare has developed a remarkable skill in interviewing people, making them feel at ease in front of the cameras, and bringing out the best in them. She has produced and presented numerous shows, including daily programs, one-to-one interviews, documentaries, and her most recent and popular show, "Ilsien in-nisa," which she created and launched in October 2011.
As an actress, Clare received her theatre education at M.T.A.D.A. from 1990 to 1995. She has since led and collaborated in various theatre works, both locally and abroad, during theatre festivals and tours. Her notable performances include her role as Rita in "Madonna tac-Coqqa" and prominent roles in BBC's "Roman Mysteries," Polish TV's "Kryminalni," and "Simshar," the film. She has also performed in the UK and USA in the theatre ethnography "I could be anyone."
Clare is a strong advocate for a healthy lifestyle and has been practicing yoga since the age of 20. This passion led her to open her second business venture, a Traditional Chinese Massage clinic, in 2008. The clinic extends her philosophy of life to the public.
In addition to her business ventures, Clare has pursued personal growth through various courses, including Emotional Freedom Technique, Pranic Healing, several yoga courses, and her Yoga Teacher Training Course in Germany, which she completed in October 2010.
One of Clare's long-held passions is flying, which she pursued by completing her studies and obtaining a Private Pilot's license in August 2009. She now flies Cessnas 152 and 172 as a hobby.
