Colleen Marie Haskell, a native of Bethesda, Maryland, emerged into the world on December 6, 1976. Her formative years were spent in the same esteemed locality, where she attended Walter Johnson High School, graduating in 1994 with academic distinction.
Following her secondary education, Colleen embarked on a collegiate journey at the University of Georgia in Athens, where she had the unique opportunity to participate in a six-month internship with the prestigious London Film Festival in London, England. This enriching experience not only honed her skills but also broadened her cultural perspective.
Upon graduating from the University of Georgia in 1998, Colleen embarked on a two-month sojourn in Ghana, West Africa, followed by a two-month excursion in France, where she indulged in the rich cultural heritage of the region.
Upon her return to the United States, Colleen worked as an intern at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C., while also acquiring valuable experience in the culinary arts by waitressing. In her leisure time, Colleen enjoys traveling and cooking, and has a penchant for listening to talk radio.
