Cornelius Adekulé Macarthy is a Sierra Leonean-American actor with a classical training in the UK. He initially gained experience by touring the world as a lead vocalist with the renowned London Community Gospel Choir, Britain's most successful contemporary gospel outfit. This exposure also led to opportunities as a session singer and backing vocalist, collaborating with iconic artists such as Elton John, Madonna, Blur, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Art Garfunkel, Ray Davies, Van Morrison, Tom Jones, and the late Jessye Norman.
After eight years of intense touring and singing, Cornelius decided to explore his true passion for acting. Throughout his career, Cornelius has worked extensively across various media platforms, taking on leading and supporting roles in an array of productions.
He has appeared in notable films, including the Danny Boyle-directed Millions and the independent feature Patient 17, which won Best Sci-Fi/Horror Feature at the London Independent Film Festival.
