Damaine Radcliff, the CEO of Raining Giants, has led a life of remarkable diversity and achievement, originating from the Highbridge section of the northern Bronx borough in New York City. His early years were marked by a passion for various pursuits, including being part of a nationally ranked chess team in elementary school, while also studying music and gymnastics.
As he progressed, Radcliff's athletic prowess led him to become a top-ranked basketball star at Milford Academy, where he ultimately decided to pursue a lifelong career in stand-up comedy and theater. Following high school, he began his stand-up comedy career, appearing on Showtime at the Apollo before landing a production job with Dame Dash and Jay Z at the iconic ROC-A-FELLA records.
Radcliff's multifaceted talents soon earned him the reputation of a legendary videographer. He then took his impressive skillset to Hollywood, making a memorable debut in Jerry Bruckheimer's GLORY ROAD, portraying Willie Cager, a fellow Bronx native. The film's massive success catapulted Radcliff to new heights, as he landed a starring role in the highest-grossing dance franchise, "Step Up," alongside Channing Tatum.
Throughout his career, Radcliff has continued to showcase his versatility, acting, directing, writing, and producing while specializing in visual effects. He has directed, starred in, and produced the award-winning independent television pilot UP NORTH, as well as executive produced the Ethan Hawk-led "TESLA" and the historic final "Rambo" film.
