Darrell Faria is a multi-talented individual with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, showcasing his versatility as a director, writer, and actor. Throughout his career, he has garnered numerous accolades, including two personal Canadian Screen Award nominations in 2016 and 2022, as well as a Canadian Comedy Award nomination in 2015.
As a director, Darrell's work has been met with widespread recognition, earning him multiple Canadian Screen Awards from 2019 to present, as well as T.O. Webfest awards in 2020 and the "Best Comedy Pilot" award at T.O. Sketchfest presented by CBC in 2020. His impressive directorial credits include THIS HOUR HAS 22 MINUTES on CBC, THE GREAT CANADIAN POTTERY THROWDOWN on CBC, TALLBOYZ on CBC, ROAST BATTLE CANADA on Bell Media, and BIT PLAYAS on CBC.
In addition to his directing work, Darrell has also made significant contributions as a writer.
