Dave Taylor is a renowned British professional wrestler with a storied career spanning over four decades. He first entered the world of professional wrestling in 1978 and has since competed for a multitude of promotions around the globe.
In the United Kingdom, Taylor has wrestled for All Star Promotions, while in the United States, he has had notable stints in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1995 to 2000. During his time in WCW, he often teamed up with Lord Steven Regal, with whom he formed the tag team the Blue Bloods, alongside Earl Robert Eaton.
Taylor made his pay-per-view (PPV) debut at WCW's World War 3 1995, where he participated in a 60-man three-ring battle royal for the vacant WCW World Heavyweight Championship, which ultimately went to Randy Savage.
In addition to his in-ring accomplishments, Taylor has also worked as a trainer at the Heartland Wrestling Association in Ohio, which was a WWE developmental promotion, as well as at WWE's short-lived Georgia developmental promotion, Deep South Wrestling, in 2006. He has also served as a manager for Drew McIntyre on WWE's SmackDown! program.
