David Elliot, a celebrated illustrator from New Zealand, has garnered worldwide acclaim for his remarkable artistic contributions to the esteemed Redwall fantasy series created by the illustrious British author, Brian Jacques.
Elliot has been prolific in his most recent endeavors, providing illustrations for a forthcoming children's book titled "Nacky Patcher and the Curse of the Dry Land Boats", authored by Time Magazine editor Jeffrey Kluger, slated for publication in 2007.
In addition, Elliot's work has been featured in several notable publications within New Zealand, including the children's book "Mona Minim and the Smell of the Sun", which was written by the esteemed author Janet Frame and published in 2006.
Furthermore, Elliot has also contributed illustrations to "The Smell of Powder", a unique book that explores the fascinating topic of New Zealand dueling, authored by Dr. Donald Kerr, and published in the same year.
