David Kagen is the proud owner of an esteemed acting school in Studio City, California, known as David Kagen's School of Film Acting, where he has been dedicating his expertise to coaching actors of all levels for over three and a half decades.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has had the privilege of working with an impressive array of talented individuals, including renowned actors such as Alec Baldwin, Ted Danson, Robin Wright-Penn, Kyle Secor, Scott Lawrence, and Dale Midkiff.
In addition to his work in film and television, Kagen has continued to appear on the popular television series House, further solidifying his status as a respected and accomplished actor.
Kagen's extensive teaching experience includes stints at prestigious institutions such as Yale School of Drama, USC, Syracuse University, where he has shared his expertise with aspiring actors.
He has also had the opportunity to lead workshops in various locations around the world, including Paris, London, Tel Aviv, Montreal, Toronto, Boston, New York, and Los Angeles.
Kagen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University, and his educational background also includes attendance at the Julliard Preparatory School, where he honed his skills in piano playing.
