Dayle's early life unfolded in Montreal, Canada, where she was nurtured and reared. As a young child, she was enrolled in dancing classes with the intention of cultivating her physique. This endeavor proved to be a resounding success, as she was accepted into the prestigious Les Grands Ballets Canadiens at the tender age of 13. Furthermore, her striking physical appearance earned her the esteemed title of Miss Montreal at 18.
Her elfin features and captivating charm served as a natural gateway to the world of modeling, and she rapidly became a highly successful fashion model. As she entered her early twenties, she relocated to Hollywood, where she was accompanied by a romantic partner. With a desire to explore new creative avenues, she decided to audition for film roles. Her early endeavors were met with success, as she secured a part in the 1973 Disney movie, The World's Greatest Athlete.
Disney executives envisioned a bright future for Dayle in ingenue roles, but she had other aspirations. To the surprise of Disney, she promptly posed nude for the renowned publication, "Playboy" (USA),and subsequently departed for Europe. This bold move enabled her to secure a string of steamy film roles, including her most notable appearance in Just Jaeckin's 1977 production, Madame Claude. Throughout her career, Dayle has primarily worked in Europe, occasionally appearing in small roles in American films.
