Devon's acting career began at the tender age of six when he landed a role in the feature film "Simon Birch" in 1998. The following year, he was cast in his first major role, playing Reba McEntire's son in the CBS Movie Special "Secret of Giving" in 1999.
Some of his notable credits include the role of "Max" in Stephen King's miniseries "Firestarter: Rekindled" in 2002, guest-starring in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" in 2000, "Blind Justice" in 2005, "Family Law" in 1999, and "General Hospital" in 1963, as well as roles in "ER" in 1994 and "Dharma & Greg" in 1997.
By the age of nine, Devon had already been cast in an independent film, "Throttle" in 2002, and later won the lead role in "It's Better to Be Wanted for Murder Than Not to Be Wanted at All" in 2003, a 20th Century-Fox Searchlab's short film, for which he received a Young Artists Award nomination for "Best Actor in a Short Film".
At the age of eleven, Devon flew to Russia, where he played opposite Anne Archer, as a mysterious Russian streetboy, in the dramatic thriller "The Iris Effect" in 2005. Six months later, he was cast from a nationwide search, to co-star as Tim Munn in United Artists' suspense-thriller "Undertow" in 2004, winning the 2005 Young Artists Award for his amazing performance as a sickly Southern boy with eating disorders.
After completing his education, Devon went on to receive his BA in Film in college. He then pursued a career in law, passing the Bar and earning his Master of Laws in Data Privacy and Cyber Security.
When not working, Devon enjoys writing and participating in outdoor sports such as backpacking, hiking, and river rafting.
