Dhilip Subbarayan, an Indian stunt choreographer, has made a significant mark in the Tamil language film industry. Born to stunt choreographer Super Subbarayan, Dhilip has followed in his father's footsteps, starting his career in the same profession.
He gained recognition for his work in Aaranya Kaandam (2011) and further honed his skills as an assistant director under Pushkar-Gayathri in Oram Po. Additionally, he worked as both associate director and stunt master for Aaranya Kaandam, which marked his debut in the industry.
Dhilip has since collaborated with big and medium-budget films in the Tamil and Malayalam film industries, working on productions such as Arima Nambi (2014),Puli (2015),Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015),and Theri (2016).
In 2013, he ventured into film production, launching his first project, Anjala, although delays pushed its release to February 2016.
In February 2016, Dhilip took on his first lead role in the film Sangu Chakkaram, a "spoof thriller" directed by newcomer Maareesan, featuring music by Vishal Chandrasekhar.
