Emily Alatalo, a talented Canadian actress, was born in Sudbury, Ontario. She is widely recognized for her captivating performances as Ginnie McMillan on the popular television series "Workin' Moms" (Netflix/CBC) and as Cara Martin in the Lifetime movie "Christmas Plus One".
Growing up in a family of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, Emily was surrounded by a competitive spirit from a young age. With three brothers, she developed a strong sense of competition, which was evident when she embarked on an impressive journey in 2023, hiking the entire 2,198.4 miles of the Appalachian Trail.
Emily's passion for acting emerged later in life, and her career began when casting director Steven Mann reached out to her on Facebook. As a former gymnast and wrestler, Emily's athleticism has been a significant asset in securing roles in action-packed projects, such as "Spare Parts" (2020),"The Breach" (2022),and "Purgatory Jack" (2023).
