Born in the western region of New York, Esodie was fortunate enough to spend her formative years in the quaint and charming town of Geneseo, which is home to the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.),where she pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and English. This marked the beginning of her journey in the world of performing arts, with her first foray into acting being an elementary school play, where she had the opportunity to take on the iconic role of Little Red Riding Hood.
In 2001, Esodie landed a seasonal position at the prestigious Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, where she served as a Production Assistant for an impressive nine consecutive seasons. This experience not only honed her skills in the industry but also provided her with a unique understanding of the inner workings of a festival of this caliber.
