Frank H. Cutler, IV, a proud native of Salt Lake City, Utah, made his grand entrance into the world on November 6, 1964. This remarkable individual's academic odyssey began at Olympus High School, where he enthusiastically participated in a diverse array of extracurricular activities, including drama and student government, and successfully completed his secondary education in 1983.
Cutler's academic journey began with a prestigious leadership scholarship at Brigham Young University (BYU),where he spent a year honing his skills and laying the groundwork for a bright future.
But, driven by a sense of purpose and duty, he made the bold decision to put his studies on hold and serve a two-year LDS Mission in Anaheim, California, a significant departure from his initial academic path.
Upon completing his mission and returning to the academic fold, Cutler transferred to Florida Institute of Technology, a move that was motivated by his unwavering ambition to become a pilot.
Cutler's academic endeavors did not cease after completing his secondary education, as he went on to pursue higher learning at the esteemed Florida Institute of Technology, where he successfully earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management and Flight Technology in the year 1991.
Notably, during his time at Florida Institute of Technology, Cutler also achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his commercial pilot license, which was accompanied by the attainment of multi-engine and instrument ratings.
Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, Cutler continued his academic pursuits by enrolling at Pepperdine University, located in the picturesque city of Malibu, California.
At Pepperdine University, Cutler received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a marketing emphasis, in the year 1993.
