Gabriel began his professional acting career at the tender age of 16, embarking on a nationwide tour of musicals such as "Barnum" and "Something's Afoot". This marked the beginning of his journey in the entertainment industry, which would eventually take him to new heights.

At the age of 30, Gabriel made history by playing an openly gay character in the award-winning sitcom "Los Beltrán" on Telemundo, a groundbreaking moment in his career.

Throughout his acting career, Gabriel has accumulated an impressive array of credits, including the live-action video game "Immortality" by Sam Barlow; "War of the Worlds" for LA Philharmonic with Sigourney Weaver; the starring role in the international touring production of "The Ogreling" at 24th Street Theatre; the opera "Crescent City" produced by The Industry; "The Moment After" an award-winning short film directed by Gerald McCullouch (CSI); Showtime's "Blood Money" with Alan Arkin; "The Father I Knew-The Michael Landon Story" alongside Sheryl Ladd for CBS; the role of Sergio in the comedy web series "YLSE" alongside Marlene Forte and Ruth Livier; and a performance alongside Kate del Castillo in "Ingobernable" for Netflix.

In addition to his acting credits, Gabriel is also a prolific voice-over artist, lending his voice to bilingual promos for ABC, HBO, Bravo, CBS Sports, and Fox Sports; Marvel Animation's "What If..."; the new season of "Futurama" on Hulu; "Archer" on FX; numerous video games for Rockstar, Sony Interactive, and Activision, including "Call of Duty-Modern Warfare II", "Scarface", "Saints Row", and "Red Dead Redemption II"; various episodes of the PBS animated series "Maya and Miguel"; ABC Family's "Handy Manny"; and innumerable national and international commercial campaigns.

Gabriel has also worked as a bilingual Host and Master of Ceremonies for various clients, including E! Entertainment's celebrity travel and vacation show "FYE!"; Fashion Week of the Americas in Miami; Modarte, Latin Pride, and Day of the Dead in Los Angeles; and for non-profit organizations such as GLASS, Bienestar, and The Latino Commission on AIDS in New York.

Growing up in Mexico, Gabriel was exposed to ancient Mesoamerican cultures and later trained and worked with the Maya Itzá Council of Elders and Priests in Yucatan, Mexico, to build the LolBe Ceremonial Center. In California, he created LOVE & LIGHT INC., a Spiritual Entertainment Company that produces live events to celebrate the Solstices, Equinoxes, Moon Cycles, and explores sound healing technologies.

As a multi-talented individual, Gabriel is also a musician, having taken up piano at the age of six, and has trained as a painter, dancer, clown, gymnast, and is currently learning the art of puppetry.
