Gabrielle Amanda Jacinto is a talented Vancouver-based actress of Filipino heritage, hailing from a family of scholars. Born and raised, she attended an all-girls private school with the intention of pursuing a career in the scientific realm. Initially, Gabrielle enrolled at the University of British Columbia to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in chemistry. However, after a brief stint, she made the bold decision to redirect her focus towards acting in her third year.
Since 2019, Gabrielle has been prolific in her craft, appearing in a multitude of short films and music videos. Additionally, she has garnered notable credits in film and television roles, including "The Irrational", "A Million Little Things", "Virgin River", Tubi's "Deadly Midwife", and Great American Family's "A Christmas Less Traveled".
Notably, Gabrielle starred in the Mighty Asian Moviemaking Marathon short film "Hail Marie", which took home the award for Best Screenplay and went on to be screened at the prestigious Vancouver Asian Film Festival. Most recently, she is set to reprise her recurring role as Olivia in season 2 of Netflix's "My Life With the Walter Boys", getting ready to shoot the new season.
