Gary Jones is a renowned director, screenwriter, producer, and visual effects supervisor with an extensive portfolio of over fifty motion pictures and thirty television episodes. He has made a significant impact in the industry, showcasing his versatility and expertise in various genres.
Recently, Jones wrote, produced, and directed "Escape from Death Block 13", a retro action-adventure film inspired by his favorite 70's action movies. The film features an impressive cast, including Robert Bronzi, Nicholas Turturro, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, and Chris Hahn, and was released in October 2021.
Jones's directorial debut was the Sy Fy cult classic "Mosquito" in 1995, starring Gunnar Hansen, Ron Asheton, and other notable actors. This marked the beginning of his successful career in the film industry.
