However, he eventually decided to leave this role behind, opting instead to dedicate himself to writing full-time, a decision that would allow him to channel his creative energies into a new medium.
Today, Jacobs contributes his literary talents to a diverse array of esteemed publications, including The New Yorker, The New York Times, Artforum, The Paris Review, BOMB Magazine, and The New York Review of Books, among others, a testament to his versatility and range as a writer.
