Henrik Lundstrom is a renowned Swedish actor, recognized for his captivating performances in various film and television projects. One of his most notable roles is that of detective Rasmus Larsson in the critically acclaimed television series "The Bridge," as well as Pierre Tanguy in the Oscar-nominated film "Evil."
Henrik began his acting career more than two decades ago with a role in the highly acclaimed Swedish film "Together" by Lukas Moodysson, released in 1999. This marked the beginning of his journey in the film industry, which has seen him appear in numerous projects over the years.
In 2002, Henrik featured in two short films, "Victor and His Brothers" and "Brother of Mine," both of which received critical acclaim and won several awards, including the Swedish Guldbagge for best short film and the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival.
In 2003, Henrik landed the role of Pierre Tanguy in the hit film "Ondskan" / "Evil," which won the Best Film award at the Guldbagge and received an Oscar nomination for Best Foreign Film. This performance further cemented his reputation as a talented and versatile actor.

Between 2005 and 2008, Henrik appeared in several films and television series before relocating to New York in 2008. Between 2013 and 2015, Henrik was cast as a series regular in seasons two and three of the Swedish-Danish television series "The Bridge," playing the role of the troubled and unlucky junior detective Rasmus Larsson.

Henrik is in a long-term relationship with Swedish actress Ester Sjögren. The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Stig, in September 2021.
