Jacob Newton, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, embarked on a theatrical journey by enrolling in the University of Louisville's theatre program as a major, where he promptly demonstrated his exceptional talent by being cast in the inaugural Mainstage Production of the season, the thought-provoking play "Woman in Mind" by Alan Ayckbourn.

Concurrently, Jacob's early success and impressive skills made him a high-demand performer, securing roles in various stage productions outside the university, including the suspenseful thriller "Dial M for Murder", the iconic and beloved classic "The Sound of Music", and the seductive and provocative "Dangerous Liaisons".

Additionally, Jacob had the esteemed opportunity to work with the renowned Actors Theatre of Louisville on the provocative and controversial play "The Great American Sex Play", further showcasing his range and versatility as a performer.

Jacob's career trajectory took a significant turn as he made the bold decision to relocate to the vibrant city of Los Angeles, where his professional journey reached new heights with his inaugural Taft-Hartley role in the 2009 cinematic masterpiece, "Star Trek".
