James Hicks has had a diverse career in television and film, starring in movies such as Miss Monday, directed by Benson Lee, which won a Special Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival.
As a voice artist, James has lent his vocal talents to numerous productions, including the BAFTA-nominated and Emmy Award-winning documentary Hiroshima, Days That Shook The World, in which he voiced the lead character.
James was born in North London, in a small house overlooking Highgate Cemetery, where his father, Gerry Hicks, earned extra income as a jazz musician and songwriter.
