Jason Griffith is a renowned American voice actor, whose extensive career has spanned multiple decades and numerous iconic roles. He is most notably recognized for his portrayal of the title character and Shadow the Hedgehog in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise, a position he held from 2003 to 2009. Griffith's journey with the Sonic franchise began with his voice acting work in the anime series Sonic X in 2003, preceding his subsequent involvement in the games following Sega's decision to utilize 4Kids Entertainment as its primary dubbing studio for all Sonic games from Shadow the Hedgehog in 2005 to Sonic and the Black Knight in 2009.
In addition to his work in the Sonic series, Griffith has also lent his voice to several other notable roles. He is perhaps best known for his performances as Usopp and Yasopp in the original English dub of One Piece, a series he began working on in 1999.
