Born and raised in Southern California, Jason's initial foray into the entertainment industry was as a model, quickly becoming one of the top male models worldwide, featuring in campaigns and strutting down runways for prestigious houses such as Versace, Dolce and Gabbana, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, and GUESS.
Jason's breakout role as 'Smith Jerrod' in HBO's groundbreaking comedy series, Sex and the City, catapulted him to global recognition, with his character's lovable and kind nature endearing him to audiences worldwide. He reprised his role in both feature films, Sex and The City and Sex and the City 2, directed by Michael Patrick King. The series continues to air in syndication and on streaming platforms in hundreds of countries globally.
Since his Sex and the City days, Jason has successfully leveraged his stardom into a diverse range of film and television roles.
