Jeff, a transplant from Hawaii, made the bold move to Los Angeles in 2000 to pursue his passion for acting, and his hard work paid off as he landed numerous feature roles.
However, in 2008, Jeff decided to take a step back from acting and explore the world of casting. Under the guidance of esteemed casting directors such as Sheila Manning, Tracy 'Twinkie' Byrd, and Pam Bouvier, Jeff quickly became a skilled and sought-after casting director.
In 2008, Jeff also made his debut as a producer with the feature film "Why Am I Doing This?", a multi-ethnic comedy that premiered at the San Jose Cinequest Film Festival in 2009 and won the New Vision Film Award. The film also received critical acclaim at the Philadelphia HBO Film Festival in 2009, taking home the Best Narrative Feature award.
Recently, Jeff completed principal photography on his latest project, the drama-comedy "We Are Family", which he also produced. Additionally, he produced the urban romantic comedy "Perfect Combination", both of which are set to be released in 2010.
Currently, Jeff is in development with Outlier Co., producers Mark Morgan and E. Thompson of the Twilight franchise, working on a US remake of the Korean hit "200 Pound Beauty".
