Jeff Skowron co-created and directed, alongside Matt Yeager, the pilot "Max Riddle", which premiered at the New York Television Festival, earning Jeff the Best Actor in a Drama award. The show, a dramatic comedy, follows an awkward man with a kind heart and crippling OCD, who forms friendships for the first time, set against the backdrop of a dying American town. The pilot's strength led to a partnership with Sony Pictures Television, Lisa Kudrow, and Is or Isn't Entertainment, and was later developed as a short-form series at Topic.
Skowron also starred as Greg Mondonski in the online series "Greg & Donny", a scripted comedy about two knuckleheads from Western PA. Written by Jeff and Matt Yeager, the series ran for a full season on the internet before winning IFC's 'Out of the Box' award at the New York Television Festival for its innovative and genre-expanding pilot. The show was developed into a half-hour sitcom by IFC, greenlit to pilot, and directed by Troy Miller, with Dakota Pictures producing.
Jeff won the Best Supporting Actor award at the LA Web Series Festival for his role in Valet, directed by The Kloons.
