Jeff's childhood in Colorado was filled with an array of exciting activities, including his passion for baseball, football, hiking, camping, skiing, and ski racing. In his free time, he also enjoyed building Soap Box Derby cars.
Jeff's love for movies began at a young age, and he would often visit the Boulder Theatre on Saturday mornings to watch classic films like "The Incredible Mr. Limpit", "Son of Flubber", "Swiss Family Robinson", and "The Parent Trap", which were presented by Watts-Hardy Dairy. The admission fee was surprisingly affordable - just a milk carton.
After completing his degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Jeff pursued various career paths. During his sales representative period, he discovered a newfound interest in acting. He began taking acting classes in Denver in 1987 and eventually became a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) in 1993.
